Chris started his career with a Design Build construction firm that prioritized its branding, and as a result, focused heavily on build quality and the customer service experience. As part of the team, he helped build, manage, and maintain Class “A” commercial, industrial, retail, and multifamily residential properties. As a property manager he over saw mixed use, luxury condominiums, HOA’s, townhouse communities, and private estates.

As a maintenance chief he operated, improved, and maintained luxury high-rise towers and multi building mid-rise developments; with project management responsibility for concrete restoration, expansion joint retrofits, common area electrical retrofits, exterior illumination retrofits, access control and surveillance retrofits, elevator retrofits, reroofing, exterior high-rise painting, ADA compliance retrofits, surface water mitigation re-licensure, and many others.

As a facilities consultant he authored comprehensive preventative maintenance programs, performed site condition surveys for management companies taking over contracts, conducted quality assurance inspections for property managers, performed comprehensive facility audits for governing boards, property management teams, and engineering firms preparing for Florida’s Developer Turnover process.
